Vastu for Sleeping

The Vastu science that is meant for helping you with a good sleep is considered to be an accurate and the most fruitful state of sleep. And, that is the best position in which your body can feel at being at complete rest. And, even if there is small amount of noise that can cause into a lot of depression and stress and can lead your sweet dreams ruined to a great extent.

And, you can deal with a number of such issues by making use of the various sleeping related Vastu principles….

Except that of the North direction one can use any of the seven directions for sleeping. And, the effect of each of these directions is different for the people sleeping. Vastu is based on the various principles based on the cosmic energy that comes from the planetary movements. The energy that flows from sleeping in each of these directions is different and so is effect.

Here is the impact of sleeping in each of these directions……

    North

  • The way you sleep having your head in the North direction is the worst thing and is strongly not recommended.
  • The person sleeping in that position may have to suffer sleeplessness and other major illness.
  • South

  • Here the head remains in the Southern direction and this is said to be the usual sleeping position.
  • Sleeping in this direction will help you with sound sleep and will help in the enhancement of wealth and prosperity.
  • East

  • Your memory will be enhanced to a greater level of health, memory and spirituality, if you are sleeping with your head resting in the Eastern direction.
  • It is highly recommended to construct the children’s rooms in such a way that their heads are in the East direction while they are sleeping. This helps ultimately in retention of memory and in enhancement of the level of concentration.
  • West

  • This position of sleeping with head resting in the Western direction is usually not an advisable sleeping position.
  • Sleeping in this position may result into major illnesses, nightmares and development of a violent tendency.
  • Suitable colours for Bed room are:

    Blue, Green, Pink, Yellow

    Colors for bed and Pillows

    Dark color – Bed color
    White – pillow color
